TIME RESPONSE STUDY FOR COMMUNICATION IN PRODUCT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT

Abstract:The evolvement of Internet of thing (IoT) is undeniable by making the management process become more ease at lowest cost as possible. Product lifecycle management (PLM) is a best approach to be embedded the IoT for the entire manufacturing processes. Real cases reported for weak PLM implemented like late market entry faced by A380 while Toyota faced cost loses in repair, deals and market share from massive called made which effect on company reputations. In this paper, traceability becomes a factor among man, machine and management in order to make fast respond on the data retrieved. The term traceability is measured based on response time in real time system to track the information in just in time for one-to-one communication through JAVA programming and two different operating systems as an approach. The communication can be occurred in less than 20seconds within two different machines. The traceability time is a performance measure for just in time data process which the human behavior factor is neglected for this study. The fastest time response have a potential to optimize the manufacturing management, make more efficient and offer the traceability on product/project status beside improve the flexibility, maintainability, reusability as well as extensibility.

OPTIMIZING SURFACE ELECTROMYOGRAPHY ACQUISITION WITHOUT RIGHT LEG DRIVE CIRCUIT

Abstract:The right leg drive (RLD) is a circuit associated with electrocardiography acquisition circuits. For electromyography (EMG), the RLD circuit is used to a lesser degree. In general, the RLD circuit provides better noise reduction. This study compares the output of the EMG with and without the RLD circuit. The results indicate that with a good filter design, the direct grounding method can match the RLD in terms of noise reduction. As a result, EMG application, the RLD drive can be omitted.

Abstract:This paper displays the discoveries of the scientists about the impacts of slanted protection in ballistic effect resistance. The rule favoured stance to ascertaining the cautious layer of a composite plate is that it assembles the Line-of-Sight (LOS) thickness of the plate. Another favoured viewpoint of having slanted fortification is that it has a much higher plausibility of diverting shots than a vertical plate of tantamount thickness.

AN EXTENDED ANN-BASED HIGH SPEED ACCURATE TRANSMISSION LINE FAULT LOCATION FOR DOUBLE PHASE TO- EARTH FAULT ON NON-DIRECT-GROUND

Abstract:This research has developed an extended Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) based high speed accurate transmission line fault location for double phase to- earth fault on non-direct-ground. Therefore, this research presents a system that capable of detecting and locating the fault with less proportion of error. This system uses the Global Positioning System (GPS) to locate the position and the Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) to send these messages to system supervisor. A reduction in the size of the neural network improves the performance of the same and this can be achieved by performing feature extraction. By doing this, all of the important and relevant information present in the waveforms of the voltage and current signals can be used effectively. Voltage and current waveforms have been generated and were sampled at a frequency of 720 Hertz. The neural network diagnostic system trained for double faults was found to be able to accurately diagnose abnormal behavior resulting from simultaneous multiple faults. Graceful degradation of the diagnostic system was observed in situations where faults where not accurately diagnosed or under damage to a few nodes.

PASSWORD BASED ELECTRIC LOAD SWITCHING GEAR FOR THE SAFETY OF LINEMAN

Abstract:Safety of human life is of a paramount importance. In high current switching system, switch gear protects electrical circuit. However there is need to provide confidence to working engineers during installation work on high voltage installations. To prevent accidental switching on of switch gear by unauthorized workforce, this paper proposed a more life secured switching password-enabled device that strengthen working confidence and inactivate unauthorized person from hazardous switching of electrical power installation without the notice of field working engineers.
